Inventory is reserved once your deposit is received, and we recommend finalizing your selections at least two weeks before your event. Because popular dates fill quickly, planning ahead leaves room for greater flexibility throughout the design process. 

For celebrations throughout South Florida and destination venues across the state, early reservations also allow additional time to coordinate delivery, installation, and any adjustments to your order. 

The easiest way to check availability is to submit a quote request with your event date, venue, and the items you're considering. An Event Consultant will review your request and confirm availability based on your order details. 

As inventory is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, availability may change until your reservation is secured with a deposit. 

If an item is unavailable, your consultant can recommend comparable options that complement your overall design and selections. 

Most quote requests receive a response on the same business day. If additional time is required, you can typically expect to hear from us within 24 business hours.
