ο Can I view pricing online?

ο Where can I view products?
We have interactive design centers that house our rental products. Schedule an appointment to view items and personalize your event.
ο How do I get a quote?
Request a rental quote through our website, by email, by text, or by phone. When you submit a quote request online, an Event Consultant will follow up during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM- 4:00PM, to review details and help refine your selections. We recommend starting your quote as early as possible in the planning process, with final item selections confirmed at least two weeks before your scheduled delivery date.
ο How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Rental requests will start off as price quotes. Price quotes do not hold or secure items. We can edit the quote as many times as needed until we get it the way you like it. A 75% deposit is required to secure and reserve items, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the delivery date. If price quotes are not converted to a reservation before the delivery date, expect an Expedited Next Business Day or Expedited Same Business Day Delivery charge as products in price quote status are not pulled or routed until they become a reservation.
ο Do I need to know my guest count when requesting a quote?
An estimated guest count is perfectly fine to get started. We recommend confirming your final guest count and rental selections at least seven days before delivery, which allows our team to properly plan inventory, logistics, and staffing for your event. Requests to reduce quantities are subject to our cancellation policy, and last-minute additions may be limited based on availability.
ο Do you have a minimum order requirement?
There is no rental product minimum for orders; however some of our rental products come in set rack and pack quantities. Dinnerware, chargers, flatware, and napkins are rented in packs of 10. Glassware are rented in full racks. The size of the glass determines the number of glasses per rack. Glasses are racked in quantities of 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 36, or 49. Racking ensures accurate counts and keeps the product in sanitized conditions.
ο I don't see something on your website that I am dying to have. Can you locate it for me?
Don’t hesitate to call us or fill out the New Product Request Form when you are looking for something that is not shown on our website. We will check to see if we can procure the product for your special event. You may be asked to guarantee your reservation for special order items.
ο How do I contact someone if I have an after-hours emergency?
If you have a rental emergency outside of our office hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, please call our hotline number at 800.307.2789 and select option 2 to leave your message. One of our team members will follow up with you.
ο How do you charge for a multi-date event?
The items are available for use for a 24-hour (1 event day) period at no additional cost. We have a tiered structure for extended rental rates based on event days: 2 event days is a 1.35 rental rate; 3 to 7 days is a 1.5 rental rate; 8 to 14 days is a 2.0 rental rate; 15 to 21 days is a 2.5 rental rate; and 22 to 28 days is a 3.0 rental rate.

—Delivery and Pick Up—
ο What is your delivery and pickup process?
Our standard freight is a round-trip price including delivery and pick-up between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday on open business days. This means our drivers will arrive anytime in that time range. We also offer additional service add-ons for priority routing timed specific windows and delivery or pickups needed outside of our business hours. ο Do you offer labor?
Yes. We offer delivery labor for setup and breakdown of select rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, furniture, bars, dance floors, and other bulk items. We require a drawing or diagram layout in advance, so our drivers know where to place the items and ensure a smooth and efficient delivery. ο How will the rentals arrive?
Rentals are delivered organized, protected, and ready for efficient setup. Most items arrive palletized to support safe transport and streamlined unloading. Tables and chairs arrive stacked, with any required chair pads packed separately in protective boxes. Chargers, dinnerware, flatware, and napkins arrive in purple crates, wrapped in sets of 10. Glassware arrives in plastic-wrapped glass racks, stacked with the glass style clearly labeled on the outer edge. Linens arrive clean, pressed, and folded on hangers with size tags, plastic-wrapped, and transported on a dedicated linen rack. Cooking equipment arrives clean, ready for use, and includes product instruction sheets as needed.
ο Can I get a text alert notification when my order is on its way for delivery?
Yes! Stay in the know with text alerts for your rental orders. Get real-time status updates as your order makes its way to you. Avoid last-minute surprises with timely reminders. Enroll today and let us know if you prefer text or email alerts.
ο How do I get the rentals ready for driver pickup?
Please have all items returned to the agreed-upon pick-up location and restacked in the same manner as delivery. Dinnerware: Scrape off food and return used plates to the original crates. Glassware: Empty out excess liquid and place glasses upside down in their designated racks, matching the original glass style. Linens and napkins: Place soiled items in the provided purple linen bags. Equipment: Any items delivered in gray transport totes must be returned to those same totes for pickup. Proper restacking helps ensure a smooth, efficient pickup and protects rental items during transport.
ο Do you have a Will Call pickup option?
You can select to pick up and return your rental items from our Pompano Beach facility. Will Call is located at the back of our building and is open Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Ring the door buzzer upon arrival.
ο I have an SUV. Will that be big enough for my Will Call pickup?
Confirm the product dimensions and the size of your order to determine if your vehicle is big enough to hold the items. Reach out to your sales rep if you have specific product questions as some items require delivery service and are unavailable for customer pickup. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring you have the proper sized vehicle along with straps, blankets, and any other tools needed to safely secure items for transport. While we are happy to assist, it is the renter's responsibility to load and unlaod their vehicle at Will Call.

ο What are your payment terms?
