The health and safety of our employees and clients are our highest priority. We would like to let you know the preventative measures we have in place at Panache Events.
Here is what we are doing to ensure the health and safety of our employees:
The world’s leading association for rental, the American Rental Association, developed the Clean. Safe. Essential. program to elevate the industry's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. All of our team members have completed and are now certified. By completing this program, our rental business has received the knowledge necessary to keep you safe. Our staff has been trained on operational processes to address COVID-19 concerns, we have received tools to create a safe and clean working environment and we have the education necessary to execute a risk mitigation plan. As we move forward, keeping employees and customers safe is our primary concern, and being recognized by the ARA helps us to achieve this. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding how we are keeping our rental equipment and operation Clean. Safe. and Essential.
Our Management is continually monitoring the situation and has been providing our employees with updated tips and guidance from the CDC and local health authorities.
We have hand sanitizer stations throughout our warehouse and we are cleaning our surfaces regularly.
Per the CDC, our standard Personal Protective Equipment is effective in preventing the spread of the virus, and we are encouraging all Delivery and Operational Teams to wear what is recommended.
As an extra safety precaution, we have made protective gloves available for all operational employees to wear while carrying out their daily duties.
Tabletop Products- All our dish, glass, and flatware cleaning processes incorporate equipment that utilizes water temperature over 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which, when incorporated with our dish cleaning solution, exceeds the FDA Food Code.
Linens- Similar to that of our Dish process, the combination of detergent, 170+ degree water temperature, and length of the wash cycle exceed FDA Food Code.
Furniture - All of our pieces are spot cleaned with an upholstery shampoo and sprayed with a disinfectant as the final step.
Final Inspection - All products are inspected by employees wearing protective gloves. We inspect glassware by holding only the base of the glass. Sanitized products are stored in plastic in our facility and rented in pack quantities to maintain cleanliness.
We are closely monitoring the CDC for updates and will continue to make sure every precaution is in place for the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.
